Get in touch

We'd love to hear
from you.

Whether you're curious about the pilot, need help with your account, or just want to talk through whether Wethr is a fit for your church — we respond personally, not with a bot.

1 business day response
Real people, not a ticket queue
Currently accepting pilot churches
Four email addresses.
Each routed to the right person — not a shared inbox where things get lost.
Always a human.
No auto-replies, no AI support bots. A person on the Wethr team reads and answers every message.
Pilot spots are limited.
We're selective about who joins early — because we want to actually serve each church well, not just grow fast.

Join the pilot

Wethr is currently in an early access pilot with a small group of churches. Pilot churches get hands-on onboarding, direct access to the team, and pricing that reflects the trust they're placing in us at this stage.

Phase 1 · Early access
We're looking for churches that are
genuinely frustrated with the status quo.
If you're running Sunday coordination out of spreadsheets, group texts, and Planning Center — and it's becoming real work — that's exactly who Wethr is built for. We're selective about pilot churches because we want to serve each one well, not just grow fast. Pilot spots are limited.
Express interest

When you reach out about the pilot, it helps to know:

Pilot pricing is being worked out church-by-church

Formal pricing hasn't been finalized. Pilot churches are joining under early-access arrangements, and we're committed to treating their contribution fairly when production pricing launches. The goal is a flat per-church subscription — no per-seat fees, no per-member pricing.

We work Monday through Friday

Response times are measured in business days. If you write in over the weekend, we'll get back to you Monday. For urgent issues with an active account, please include "urgent" in your subject line.

What to expect

Here's what happens after you reach out — whether it's about the pilot or an existing account.

1
A real reply, within one business day
Someone on the Wethr team will read your message and respond personally. No auto-replies, no case numbers, no waiting for a ticket to route to the right queue.
2
An honest conversation about fit
If Wethr isn't the right tool for your church right now, we'll say so. We'd rather tell you that upfront than onboard a church we can't actually serve well.
3
For pilot interest: a short discovery call
If the fit looks right, we'll schedule a 20–30 minute call to understand your setup, walk you through how Wethr works, and answer any questions your team has before committing.
4
For new churches: white-glove onboarding
If you decide to move forward, the Wethr team handles all the setup — importing your directory, configuring your teams, provisioning your subdomain. You receive a fully configured account, not a blank slate. Typical timeline is 3–5 business days from when we receive your data.
No sales pressure, ever

We're not running a funnel. If you reach out, you'll have a conversation — not a sequence of follow-up emails pushing you toward a decision. Take the time you need.
